About RMR500

A fully automatic rewinder for manual and machine Stretch film with the possibility of slitting film in several width variants, commonly known as Mini Rap. Thanks to the use of two motors, the machine constantly controls the tension of the film web, which is very important in the production process of mini rap film, due to the various quality of film and cardboard cores.

The most popular width variants are:

● [100mm x 5],
● [125mm x 4],
● [167mm x 3],
● [250mm x 2].


Machine is able to produce:
+ Cored conventional in hand and machine rolls
+ Cored mini rolls in different slitting configurations

POSSIBILITY OF MACHINE CUSTOMIZATION ON REQUEST, ACCORDING TO INDIVIDUAL CONFIGURATION.

It is possible to make a machine according to individual configuration on request.
