About RPSC 500 COMBINE

Fully automatic production line for the production of stretch and pre-stretch films in the coreless and cored version. Thanks to innovative technology and high winding speed, the machine ensures high efficiency. The technological line is able to produce stretch and pre-stretch film (film pre-stretched in manual and machine rolls without a core (coreless) with internal diameters of 38mm 50mm and 76 mm.

Simple and intelligent solutions ensure trouble-free cooperation between the machine and the operator.The coreless film production technology reduces the amount of waste generated in the production process, thus eliminating the problem of removing cardboard cores after using the film. Stretch film waste can be recycled, making the film more environmentally friendly and reducing costs along the entire supply chain. The unit weight of a pallet can be reduced by up to 20% by eliminating cardboard cores. The production line is equipped with a PATENTED four-stage film stretching system. Four-stage system of pre-stretching of the film in the range of 100-400%, regulated electronically from HMI. Permanent monitoring of the tension of the film web wound via PLC and a system of dancing rolls. As the only company in the world, we have created a machine that is fully operator-friendly. With one click on the control panel, the user changes the machine’s operating parameters from the production of standard coreless stretch film to coreless pre-stretch film, without any changes to the mechanical parts of the machine.
